Situated at the front of the house, this generous sized room measures 5.2m x 3.7 m (17’ x 12’). A feature of the room is the 15th century Plank and Munton Elm Panelling, together with the fireplace. This is the only room suitable for letting with a Z Bed  for a child accompanying with parents. Sanderson print bedspread and curtains helps provide the finishing touches to one of our Superior Rooms.

The bathroom has a full size bath together with an overhead shower.

This is the smallest bedroom and measures 3.8m x 3.3m (12’ 6” x 11’). It is decorated in Sanderson wallpaper. It is situated in the front of the house and is one of our Standard rooms.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle. To describe it, in the nicest possible way, as ‘big enough to share’ makes it just that little bit special.
